The Mission

The ‘Walking the RED Carpet’ mission is based on 3 leading principles:

  • 1. To assist and encourage those who we are meant to serve to re-establish a more direct and conscious
connection with their essence, their true self, their Soul. Knowing that choices and decisions made from that
‘place’ will be way more beneficial to themselves, the people around them, for the pursue of their career and
the way they are managing their business.
  • 2. To help those we are meant to serve to get clear what their Soul’s mission is in this life. What the reason &
purpose is why they have come to Earth.
  • 3. And to identify, adjust, release, transform and/or heal what stands in the way to achieve those first two
    objectives.

We believe that in essence we – on a Soul level – are already whole and complete, although their might be some negative imprints layered on top of it.

The ‘Work’ which needs to be done to create the change our clients deserve and desire, the change which is durable, sustainable and long lasting comes from and is the result of taking this last, third principle as the main area to explore.

At the moment we, a team of freelancers and Christiaan Oranje as the founder, are working on transitioning from a small business operation into building a company with which it is possible to serve a larger as well as more than one audience.

The Company

The company we envision to build is one that is going to be set it up as a ‘self-managing’ organization.

We are using the principles, suggestions, practices and experiences which are mapped out and describe by Frederic Laloux in his book: ‘Reinventing Organizations’.

Transitioning from a small business operation into a company is not a small task and it will take some time.

The motive and intention for doing this is first and foremost to ensure that we can serve not only a larger audience, but also to be able to serve multiple audiences at the same time.

The other reason for setting the company up as such is because we want to offer a ‘soulful’ work environment where people can fully express their gifts & talents, receive the appreciation for what they do, and being financially rewarded appropriately for putting those gifts & talents to good use
in helping this company to grow and expand.

Another reason is that overtime we would like to offer our experiences and expertise in this area with other business owners, entrepreneurs & executives who are interested in creating and providing such a work environment for their employees.

The Structure

To provide the best quality and highest level of transformational programs, services & events, the company as envisioned will be consistent of various divisions.

For instance there will be a division taking care of ‘event planning & organisation’ (including ‘public speaking’ activities). There will be a division dedicated to ‘retreat facilitation’, and a division in charge of ‘program creation & development’.

Currently ‘Walking the RED Carpet’ is developing various sub-brands. As we progress the various sub-brands will be presented to the public and more information will be revealed here about what kind of specific products & services each one of these brands have to offer.

The Services

There are 7 different audiences we are meant to serve. In the section about ‘The Founder’ it will be explained in more detail how these particular audiences have been identified.

At the moment we are in process of launching our new package of services to three of those audiences:

  • People who are Well-established
Those who have the funds, but not the well-being, and looking to improve that.

  • Corporate Senior Accountants
Those who are interested in learning to deal with the continuous ‘Stress & Overwhelm’ in more
    balanced and healthy ways.
  • Soul-ful Employees & Business Owners
People in business and employees looking to attract and/or to establish a more ‘Soul-ful Work
    Environment’.

As this is progressing the other 4 audiences to be served will be revealed at a later date.

The Team

The vision for setting up the team which is going to run the company is illustrated in this graphic.

P.S. The ‘TU’ stands for ‘Team Unit’.

This graphic is unique to ‘Walking the RED Carpet’, and comes from how the company is going to operate and the specific audiences we are meant to serve.

At the beginning stage of this transition we only work with freelancers specialized in a particular field of expertise, on project basis.

Eventually we aim to offer more of an employment-type of work relationship, but at this stage it is too early to say how that is exactly going to be and what it will look like.

‘What is it that makes a company or a business a ‘self-managing’ organization ?’ you might ask.

A ‘self-managing’ organization is characterized by certain very specific criteria:

  • 1. One is that there is no ‘boss’
  • 2. There is no ‘top down’ management that determines the course of affairs, giving out
orders, being in need of ‘wanting to keep a certain level of control’
  • 3. All workers relate to each other as equal, and everyone sees the other as their colleague
  • 4. To enhance ‘a flexibility in flow between various divisions’ no job titles are used

On the side of the freelancers and future employees, i.e. colleagues, it means that everyone has the right to:

  • 1. choose what kind of work it is they want to do
  • 2. determine when and for how long they want to work
  • 3. calculate for themselves what they want to receive as a
financial compensation for the work they have delivered
  • 4. shy away from taking on job titles, to ensure and increase flexibility
  • 5. initiate new projects, even to the point of making decisions on spending
company money to invest in it.

As Frederic Laloux emphasized in his book ‘Reinventing Organizations’: “The absence of hierarchy doesn’t mean that there is this open space where everyone can just do whatever they want to do”.

To make all this work well and successfully requires a certain specific set of practices, procedures and agreements to ensure that such a ‘self-managing’ organization is fulfilling its function and reaches the expression of its full potential.

To set up a company or business as a ‘self-managing’ organisation is a delicate, complicated and in fact quite a challenging, however very exiting enterprise.

We’ll keep you posted …

The Founder

I am often asked: ‘Christiaan, you speak a lot about Soul’s mission, and the importance of knowing what it is To be clear and aware of the reason & purpose why I’ve come to Earth, but where and how can I find it, I have no idea ?’

My answer is pretty simple and straightforward and – although there are other approaches – this is my take on it.

Look at your experiences in life. Look what the challenges have been, how you dealt with them and moved through and beyond them. Look at what you’ve learned from it, and the wisdom and capacities you’ve gained because of it.

In that you’ll find and can see why you are here. Because this – what you have experience, and most importantly what you gained from it – is what you have, what you can, and should to offer to the world.

Being the living example of what I teach, I applied this on myself, and through distilling the experiences I have gone through in my life, having harvested the ‘pearls’ that came out of it, I was able to become clear about these 5 various audiences I am, and we as the future company are, meant to serve.

The Symbolism

When you are ‘IN’ for symbolism, and interested to learn more about the symbols that are hidden in the ‘Walking the RED Carpet’ brand, then this section is for you.

Underneath the video clip you’ll find a link where you can open and download a PDF where the various symbols are listed together with a more detailed revelation of their meaning.

Before doing that though, please, watch this clip first to find out what the main and most important symbol is we work with, and that is ‘The Wave’ …

Enjoy watching it ! …

The History

In 2008, after making the move from New York to London, Christiaan Oranje commenced his coaching training at the Coaching Academy and opened his private coaching practice to hone and further develop his skills.

The results his clients were able to get in working with him were promising, and that made him decide to turn his practice into a business.

On November 11th 2011 – this happened to be the first day of the ‘Body Mind & Spirit Festival in London where he and his team presented his services – he took that as the official date ‘Walking the RED Carpet’ was founded.

Not knowing that about a year later he had to put the business on the back burner because of health issues.

The following years were dedicated to his full recovery, and after that to move in with his father to, being his only son, take care of him. All while he continued to serve a few clients, because as it is with musicians, continuing with a regular practice is essential & necessary to keep the skills in good shape.

Until the passing of his father in 2019, he himself went through a very deep and intense process of transformation, which lead to a 180 degrees shift in his approach to transformation and the clarity what it is that contributes to creating real change, change that sticks. Change that is durable, sustainable and long lasting.

The re-launch of ‘Walking the RED Carpet’ was planned in February 2020, but due to what happened and the global impact and shift that resulted from that, he also had to make certain adjustments as well.

At the moment he is in process of re-launching the business by offering his first of 5 ranch of services. To offer assistance, support & guidance to people who are unhappy despite the millions they have in the bank.

May this all contribute to living a fulfilling life and the ability to manifest your life’s purpose.
